		<description>That is pretty much it in a nutshell. This is completely a status quo budget on most necesary objectives and seems to squander the necessary capital needed. I mean does a 1% GST reduction have any meaningful impact on the average person?&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;However, whoever is running the Flaherty spin room deserves credit. All media have been pretty generous so far.</description>
